O ensino de cidade nas aulas de geografia nas escolas estaduais da cidade de Itaberaí (6° ao 9°)

Abstract

The great concern with the teaching of the city, in Geography classes, in motivated the realization of this academic work, whose objective was to analyze and question the teaching of the city, in geography classes, in state schools from the city of Itaberaí (6th to 9th). This research included the analysis of three different schools, from different textbooks, in order to seek, in everyday life, of the teachers interviewed, the merit of studying the city in the classroom of geography, as well as the importance of studying the city of Itaberaí for the training of students and, finally, sought to understand also the great value of the curriculum for the preparation of classes.
