dc.description.resumoo presente trabalho trata da iniciação esportiva feminina no futebol, abordando a trajetória histórica desta modalidade e os desafios da inserção das mulheres no futebol. A pesquisa tem objetivo geral de descrever as características de adolescentes sobre a iniciação esportiva no futebol feminino num centro de treinamento na cidade de Goiânia. O trabalho se caracteriza pelo Estudo de Caso em uma escola de futebol em Goiânia (Aliança/Goiás). Concluímos que as questões das características das adolescentes que praticam o futebol são semelhantes, pois todas buscam caminhos da profissionalização e lutam por um futebol feminino melhor, com visibilidade, reconhecimento, valorização geral e total apoio para seguir um caminho que possa realizar os seus sonhos.por
dc.description.abstractThis work deals with female sports initiation in football, addressing the trajectory of the history of women's football and the challenges of women's insertion in football. The research has the general objective of describing the characteristics of adolescents regarding their sporting initiation into women's football at a training center in the city of Goiânia. The work is characterized by the Case Study in a football school in Goiânia (Aliança/Goiás). We conclude that the issues regarding the characteristics of teenagers who play football are similar as they are all looking for paths to professionalization and fighting for the best in women's football, having visibility, appreciation and full support to move forward after their dreams.
