Promoção de crescimento com inoculação de Trichoderma harzianum em flamboyant, ipê amarelo, paricá e teca

Abstract

Fungi of the genus Trichoderma are one of the main microorganisms in promoting plant growth in several species. Thus, the objective of this work was to evaluate the growth promotion with inoculation of Trichoderma harzianum in the forest species flamboyant (Delonix regia), ipê amarelo (Handroanthus serratifolius), paricá (Schizolobium parahyba) and teca (Tectona grandis) by seed treatment and in the development of seedlings in a greenhouse. The experiment was carried out in a greenhouse at the State University of Goiás, Ipameri unit, GO. The design used was randomized blocks, with the use of four Trichoderma strains, with six replications, for the four forest species. The treatments were divided into control (without application of Trichoderma strains) and those with applications of IBLF 006, T-22 and ESALQ 1306 strains. Although belonging to the same species of the genus Trichoderma, divergent results were verified for the strains in the different forest species. The IBLF 006 strain promoted the highest growth of the Flamboyant and Ipê species in the variables stem diameter, number of leaves, plant height, aerial part fresh mass and aerial part dry mass. As for the forest species Paricá and Teca, the strains IBLF 006, T-22 and ESALQ 1306 were the ones that presented the most interesting results in promoting the growth of the species.
