Abstract

This research sought to identify the changes resulting from the implementation of the tools necessary for the provision of BPO Financial service in accounting offices. The research presented a limitation, due to the lack of access to data on the institutions that offer the Financial BPO service, resulting in a reduced sample for the application of the research. The accountants responded pointed out that the Financial BPO brings positive results to customers, who are, for the most part, smaller companies. The present study used an electronic questionnaire sent to 15 companies within the state of Goiás, obtaining 8 answers. The results presented suggest that the offering companies are still in an initial state regarding the service offered, so a smaller number of customers use the service and the monetary impact is still reduced in terms of their revenues. Accountants see the tool as a differential in the market and can contribute to the growth of customers, through financial management, and consequently with the growth of the accounting organization.
