Viabilidade econômica e características produtivas da pastagem panicum maximum cv. mg12 paredão submetida a diferentes adubações foliares

Abstract

Foliar fertilization is capable of enhancing forage productivity, on the other hand, it is necessary to control costs over investment in pastures. The objective was to evaluate the productive response and economic viability of different foliar fertilizations in pasture Panicum maximum cv. MG12 Paredão, considering the cost of production and relating it to the response to treatments. The experiment was carried out at Fazenda Santa Luzia, municipality of Água Boa, located in Vale do Araguaia, in the East-Matogrossense region. The design was completely randomized with three treatments (fertilization) and twenty five replications. The forage used was Panicum maximum cv. MG12 Paredão submitted to three treatments: 1 - control, 2 - Nitrogen + Boron, 3 - Nitrogen + Manganese. The highest productivity averages were obtained with treatment 3, with a yield 3.48% more than treatment 2 and a yield 37.19% higher than treatment 1. The best response for the production of dry matter per hectare was treatment 3 , where the dry matter production increased by 36.88% in relation to the control and 4.1% in relation to treatment 2. On the other hand, the highest cost of the experiment was treatment 2. Treatment 3 was more profitable, with a difference of R$ 1,212.02 more than the control, being 31.87% more profitable. Treatment 2 presented intermediate data, corresponding to an increase of 31.60% more than treatment 1, and 0.2% less than treatment 3. Leaf fertilization resulted in an increase in forage production Panicum maximum cv. MG12 wall, increasing support capacity, increasing the production of @ per hectare and proving to be a viable and profitable investment, recommending foliar fertilization with Nitrogen + Manganese.
