Indisciplina no Ambiente Escolar de 1° ao 5° do Ensino Fundamental: A Relação entre as Múltiplas Formas de Indisciplina e o Ensinar e Aprender na Escola

Abstract

The present research aims to investigate the multiple forms of indiscipline in the school environment of the first phase of elementary school. We did initially a bibliographical survey of some authors such as: Vasconcelos, Sampaio, Rocha, Libâneo, Ildeu, Trangtemberg and others about their perspectives and about this phenomenon that integrates schools in contemporary society. In order to contribute to the research, the focus group methodology was chosen with five elementary school teachers from the same school (State School Filomeno Luiz de França). The interview lasted about 2h30min and the results obtained in the interview indicated that the concept of indiscipline is not static and suffers variation, each teacher pointed out the types of indiscipline and its causes, so the research guided the beginning of the research. Some analyzed causes of indiscipline were family, cultural misery and bureaucracy. And the most common types of indiscipline are: the messy student, who arrives at school without a uniform, does not follow the rules, parents who do not fulfill their role among others. It is concluded that indiscipline encompasses the school sphere and it can not be overcome in its totality since there is not only one cause, but multiple causes that generate this phenomenon inside and outside the classroom. Thus, it is necessary to investigate the cause in order to attempt a negotiation to overcome it and to understand that the concept of indiscipline is not related only to the student who does not follow the rules, but who is essential to identify the types of indiscipline.
