Transtorno do espectro autista e educação física: análise das produções de dissertações e teses

Abstract

This work has a theme encompasses Physical Education and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), neurodevelopmental disorder, which can be identified from Childhood even before the individua is inserted in school. It presentes itself the main features of social communication déficits, restrictive and repetitive behaviors. The objetive of this research is to analyze what the Productions of dissertations and theses have discussed about Physical Education and ASD/Autism, approaching the Historical-Dialectical Materialism method, for having a closer relationship with the topic discussed. In the platform Brasilian Digital Library of Theses (BTDT) were carried out, initially, with the terms “physical education” and “autismo” and later, “physical education” and “ASD” where, after reading titles and abstracts, resulted in 22 works found, in this way, the type of resarch carried out is the Bibliographic Research of quantitative- qualitative character. It is conclued that physical educations has been producing possible strategies for the interventions of students with ASD, however the completed scientific completed and in progress in the área of Physical Education and ASD are few, considering that the diagnosis of people is growing Every day, allowing then that some concerns when approached this theme is related to the pedagogical approach of the teacher and the difficulties to include these students.
