AUTISMO: Um Estudo de Caso Sobre a Relação Família/Escola

Abstract

The subject autism despite not being so current, is still little tackled having so little knowledge about. Autism is a deficiency that affects not only the physical but also the mental causing an affective blockade, difficulty of socialization, difficulty in the domain of the languages (oral and corporal), repetitive behavior. These particularities may vary from degree to degree. There is a search for health professionals for a safer diagnosis and as soon as possible, so that the autistic person can have a more assured quality of life. When speaking about disability and school, it is also addressed the inclusion, currently much publicized and required throughout society, but little implemented and in cases only an embellishment in the institutions document. The correct inclusion is the opportunity given to the autistic, subject of this work, to study, to work, to live in society even with its limitations. This is why it is important to study the deficiencies and the adequate care. The autistic is a cultural being. Finding him in the school environment also finds the need to understand the family and a work where school / family walk together to better serve this student, so that their rights are guaranteed. This work aims to understand how the life of an autistic spectrum carrier, its behavior and its value in the environment in which it lives. It also seeks clarification so that parents and teachers can understand the importance of a well-done job in the life of the autistic. This public is becoming more and more in schools, the teacher needs more help in the exercise of his profession.
