Os reflexos das alterações das matrizes curriculares da eseffego na organização do trabalho pedagógico

Abstract

The Brazilian scenario in the 1980s was marked by social, political and economic changes, which impacted education, raising a great discussion about pedagogical practices, raising reflections on the effectiveness of methods, methodologies, contents, objectives and evaluations, in the context school. In this sense, the present study, through a historical survey, seeks to understand how the social changes that took place from the 1980s onwards, modify and influence the Didactics/Organization pair of pedagogical work, especially in the area of Physical Education. Thus, the development of this study was anchored in the Dialectical Historical Materialism method as it is characterized by the movement of thought through the historical materiality of men's lives in society, as it is based on the search for contradictions. This is a documentary research, whose theme is the Organization of Pedagogical Work, and the general objective was to understand how changes in the Curriculum Matrices of the Licentiate Degree in Physical Education at ESEFFEGO, reach the Organization of Pedagogical Work of teachers. The research approach is qualitative, where we use semi-structured interviews as research procedures. The issue that addressed this study is: What are the impacts of the constant changes in the Curriculum Matrices of the Licentiate Degree in Physical Education at ESEFFEGO on the Organization of Pedagogical Work of its teachers? Through the analyzed reality, we found that ESEFFEGO teachers are directly impacted at different moments of the Pedagogical Work Organization by the constant changes in the curriculum.
