Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the teaching and learning processes in the area of school physical education in times of pandemic due to Covid-19. With this, we sought to understand and analyze the teaching and learning processes of the Physical Education teacher of the Municipal Network of the City of Senador Canedo-GO, seeking to understand how the teaching and learning process took place. It also sought to analyze how the teacher developed his remote classes and identify the gaps faced by the Physical Education teacher in times of Pandemic. The research was based on a qualitative approach based on the case study and focus on bibliographic research. To carry out this research, we tried to use data triangulation based on an open questionnaire, in which a Physical Education teacher participated. It is evident that education is constantly undergoing transformation, and that the year 2020 was a year of transformation, which caused major changes in the teaching and learning process in the daily life of the researched teacher. Based on the moment that world public health was going through, it was necessary to modify all the teacher's planning due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, where it was necessary to adapt their daily classes to remote classes, requiring the teacher to have knowledge and experience to deal with this new situation. remote classroom scenario.
