Consultoria agronomica – atuação do engenheiro agrônomo na assistência técnica voltada a regularização ambiental e aquisição de crédito rural

Abstract

Currently, Brazil is one of the world leaders in agricultural production and plays a key role in the economy. This fact was possible thanks to the attention given to the sector from the 1960s onwards with the adoption of the new technological production model generated by the Green Revolution that transformed the rural sector into agro-industrial complexes based on mechanization, irrigation, and the use of biotechnologies and chemical inputs. . An important tool that facilitated the implementation of this new production model and ensured the development of agribusiness in the country was the creation of the National Rural Credit System (SNCR), which aimed to provide credit to producers with low interest rates. SNCR acquired the creation of programs for small, medium and large producers, in addition to the creation of bodies such as the Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation (EMBRAPA) and the Brazilian Rural Extension Corporation (EMBRATER). With the increase in demand for rural credit, the institutions that provide this financing have become increasingly demanding with regard to the elimination of operational and financial processes, supervised that residents are under the obligation of environmental and land regularization. Among the requirements, the most important are the Georeferencing and the Rural Environmental Registry (CAR). Therefore, the present work was carried out with the objective of knowing how the process of acquiring rural credit, Georeferencing and Rural Environmental Registry is carried out and how the regularization of the property impacts the acquisition of credit. The activities were carried out at the company IPAGRO Engenharia, located in the municipality of Ipameri-Go and the services provided were: development of projects for agricultural and livestock funding and investment, environmental licensing, georeferencing of rural properties, and Rural Environmental Registry.
