Análise econômica do cultivo do maracujá na região sudeste do estado de Goiás

Abstract

The cultivation of fruit trees in Brazil has emerged as an activity of relevance for increasing the income of the producer, since it provides the emergence of jobs and opportunities in small properties. The objective was to analyze the financial feasibility of the implementation of passion fruit cultivation in the southeastern region of the state of Goiás. To verify the profitability and viability of the project, the following indicators were used: Gross Revenue (RB); Net Revenue (RL); Leveling Point (PN); Cost Benefit Ratio (RB/C) and Profitability Index (IL). The result for Gross Revenue was R$ 2,560.00 at 0.20 hectare and Net Revenue of (R$ 4,703.56). The indicators showed results that attest that the enterprise was not feasible, because of the values of insums and equipment that went through an increase in prices in the current market, where the Profitability Index was -183.73% and the other indicators were RB/C of 0.35 and PN = 363.18 kg. The study did not obtain profitability due to high cost with implementation, area size, and short period of project analysis. There were also thefts in the area, not making it possible to account for the actual amount produced.
