A revogação da empresa individual de responsabilidade limitada (Eireli): fatores jurídicos e seu impacto na ordem econômica

Abstract

This monograph presents a narrative literature review on the topic of the revocation of EIRELI in Brazil. The general objective of this study is to investigate which legal factors were involved in the revocation of EIRELI in Brazil and the impact of this revocation on the economic order. To achieve this objective, the following specific objectives were established: show a general context about EIRELI in Brazil; identify the legislation that regulated EIRELI before its extinction; characterize the reasons for repealing the law that regulated EIRELI; study the repeal process of the law that regulated EIRELI. The methodology used to achieve these objectives included reviewing relevant literature and analyzing data from secondary sources. The research revealed that the legal factors involved in the process of revoking EIRELI were decisive for decision-making and concluded that social participation and consequences for the market should be considered in future discussions on the subject.
