A INVESTIGAÇÃO MATEMÁTICA NO ENSINO DE MATEMÁTICA

Abstract

The present work was developed with the aim of highlighting the role of mathematical investigation as a learning method, in accordance with adequate didactic resources and with a coherent planning. Becoming a means of facilitating and instigating the understanding of the student's investigative sense. Allowing the teacher to propose new experiences to the student, rescuing the will to learn not only the mathematics discipline, but also the others. Demonstrating that the absorption of concepts can have greater effects when the student is exposed to stimuli that make him or her work with thought and creativity. The methodology used in this work was the bibliographic research showing some points of view of renowned writers in the area of education, and improved with the unification of the results of works related to investigation in the discipline of mathematics, developed by several teachers and published in books, websites, magazines and others. Obtaining the expected results in a very coherent way, encouraging teachers to work with different methods.
