???metadata.dc.description.resumo???:	Este trabalho apresenta passo a passo como a Engenharia de Requisitos aliada às técnicas de Orientação a Objetos e UML foram empregadas através de um estudo de caso aplicado em uma necessidade real. O estudo envolve o desenvolvimento de um Sistema Web para a Secretaria Municipal de Educação de Itaberaí, denominado SASME. O sistema além de informatizar as rotinas, permite o controle em tempo real do desempenho de cada escola da rede pública municipal e possibilita ainda uma interação entre secretaria, escola e aluno, através das informações que serão contidas no site.
Abstract:	This work presents with details how Requirements Engineering, using Object Orientation techniques and UML, can solve real problems by showing a real situation. In this study, a Web-based System, named SASME, was developed to the Municipal Educational Department of Itaberaí. SASME allows the routines to be computercontrolled and the real-time access of the performance of each municipal school. The system also connects the school, its administration and the student, using the information contained on the website.
