A inclusão da criança com deficiência auditiva na educação infantil

Abstract

This work seeks to address on a topic that is worrying educators, including the hearing impaired in early childhood education emphasizing the role of the teacher in it. Much has been debated about inclusion in education and in this regard the education of the hearing impaired person. It is of great importance teacher collaboration in the struggle against inequality, but unfortunately not everyone has the knowledge to receive students with such disabilities. It is clear that teachers are not yet prepared to meet the student with hearing loss, the most frequent difficulties relate to communication and the process of teaching and learning. The inclusion came just extend the possibilities to build a fairer society, providing opportunities for everyone to occupy their spaces, seeking to conquer their autonomy. Hearing loss causes damage not only in language but in education, in its potential and its integration in social life. It is necessary to enhance teacher singularities of each child, so that the deaf student will have met their personal characteristics and their pace of learning. Sought in the present study emphasize the role of the teacher in early childhood education specifically, the process of inclusion of children with hearing loss, considering the need for specific guidance for this stage of a child's life. The paper presents a literature review, in which we sought to extend the information related to the subject studied, to obtain an adequate conceptual basis. Was also made a case study, to know the routine of a student and the reality of his teacher working in a regular classroom teaching, tries to show the importance that the teacher plays in shaping inclusive of a child with hearing impairment considering its limitations.
