PROFESSORES FORMADORES E PROFESSORES EM FORMAÇÃO: Um Entrecruzamento Entre a Vida Pessoal e Profissional Destes Sujeitos (2000 a 2007)

Abstract

The success of education directly depends on the quality of the professionals who are at the forefront of the same, among them, the teacher, who invests not only in a training process initial training, but also in ongoing training, to always improve your practice. In view of this question, we seek to analyze the different perspectives of teachers in training and also of teacher trainers who participated in the training proposal known as “Instalments”, taught by the State University of Goiás (UEG). Therefore, it is proposed analyze the life history of teacher educators and those in training, using the lifelong learning concept. The methodological resource used for the elaboration of the research was initially the bibliographical review, discussing the process of teacher training from the perspective of lifelong learning, where highlighted references such as Alheit (2006), Nóvoa (2004), Bragança (2012), among others authors. Subsequently, we seek through oral communication in the form of interviews to learn about the training path that teachers had within the “Parcelada” training course and also those who taught classes in this course, comprising different experiences developed, seeking to highlight whether there were difficulties in this process, the limitations faced, the learning and practices developed by these professionals.
